Easy Healthy Everyday French Toast Without The Fuss

Ingredients
3 Large Eggs
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
2 Teaspoons of Packed Brown Sugar or use Lakanto Brown Monkfruit Sweetener
½ Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons of Land O'Lakes Light Whipped Butter, Melted
1 Cup of Low Fat Milk
8 Slices of Arnold Country White (Whole Grain)
Vegetable Oil Spray
Instructions
Adjust 1 oven rack to the lowest position in your oven. Adjust another oven rack 5-6 inches from your broiler element. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Spray the bottom and sides of an 18 x 13 rimmed baking sheet with the vegetable oil spray.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla, brown sugar replacement and cinnamon until everything is distributed and no egg streaks remain. While still whisking, add in melted butter. Whisk in milk.
Pour the egg mixture onto the baking sheet. Arrange the bread slice in a single layer in the egg mixture. Just leave small gaps between the slices so the custard can flow. Working quickly, use your fingers to flip the bread slices in the same order you put them on the sheet.
Let sit until the slices absorb the remaining custard (about 1 minute).
Bake on the lower rack until the bottom of the slices are golden brown (about 8-10 minutes).
Transfer sheet to the upper rack and heat the broiler. Leave the sheet in the oven.
Broil until the tops of slices are golden brown about 1-4 minutes.
Using a metal spatula, flip each slice and serve.
This makes 4 servings (2 slices per serving). On the WW Program, each serving is 8 Points. Enjoy!
