Lightened Up Buffalo Chicken Dip (Oven Method)

If you love Buffalo Wings, this lightened up Buffalo Chicken Dip is the perfect substitute for your favorite Buffalo Wings. This Weight Watchers friendly Buffalo Chicken Dip delivers boneless chicken breast, 2 cheeses and all the spiciness you can handle – but without all the messiness.
Ingredients
  • 3 Cups of Cooked Shredded Skinless Chicken Breast (about 1 Pound)
  • 4 Ounces of Light Cream Cheese (1/3 Less Fat)
  • ½ Cup Each of Fat Free Sour Cream + Fat Free Fage Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Cup of Franks or Texas Pete's Hot Sauce
  • ⅔ Cup of Walden Farms Ranch Dressing
  • ½ Cup of Reduced Fat Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1¼ Cup of Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheese
  • Snipped Fresh Parsley, Optional
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray a 1.5 Quart Baking Dish with Vegetable Cooking Spray.
  3. Combine all the ingredients except the cheeses and parsley and mix well.
  4. Pour into the baking dish and top with cheeses and parsley (if using).
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  6. This makes 10 servings at ⅓ Cup per person. Serve with crackers, chips or any of the 0 SP suggestions in blog post.
