Just for clarification purposes, next to each day’s meal, you will see something similar to this: (2B, 2G, 1P) – this represents the amount of that meal’s SmartPoints as 2 SmartPoints on Blue, 2 SmartPoints on Green, and 1 SmartPoint on Purple.
If you are new to Weight Watchers or are a veteran like myself, this Weight Watchers weekly menu that I have outlined below will keep you full and your tastebuds happy. If there is something on the menu you don’t like, just switch it out for something else or swap something from the tons of other Weight Watchers menus I have on this blog. Each day’s menu has 3 snacks too!

EVENING SNACKS
Listed below are the evening snacks I will be eating this week.
Every week, I try to make it a point to carry over 4 points daily in case later in the week, I am in a position where my food choices are limited. I like to keep a buffer zone for points.
Monday: Weight Watchers Smores Mini Bars (2B, 2G, 2P)
Tuesday: Jolly Time Healthy Pop (3B, 3G, 3P)
Wednesday: Frozen Yogurt Granola Bark (2B, 2G, 1P)
Thursday: Pop Corners Chips (1 Ounce) (3B, 4G, 3P)
Friday: Jolly Time Healthy Pop (3B, 3G, 3P)
Saturday: 1 Cup Grapes, Sugar Free Jello Cup (0B, 0G, 0P)
Sunday: Frozen Yogurt Granola Bark (2B, 2G, 1P)
Listed below will be my breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks for the Weight Watchers Weekly Menu – January 6 – January 12, 2020.
Monday
Breakfast: Toasted Mini Bagel with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray (3B, 3G, 3P), Clementine (0B, 0G, 0P)
Snack: Premier Protein Vanilla Shake* (2B, 2G, 2P)
Lunch: 3 oz of Hillshire Farms Ultra Thin Roast Beef, Onion and Mustard on Nature’s Own Butterbread (4B, 5G, 4P), 1 1/3 Cup of Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup (0B, 4G, 0P), Banana (0B, 0G, 0P)
Snack: Sugar Free Chai Tea* made with 1 cup of Skim Milk (3B, 3G, 3P)
Dinner: Instant Pot Loaded Baked Potato Soup (5B, 7G, 3P)

Tuesday

Lunch: 1 1/3 Cup of Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup (0B, 4G, 0P), 3 Ounces Ovengold Oven Roasted Chicken Breast (0B, 1G, 0P) on Joseph’s Flax and Oat Bran Lavash Wrap (2B, 2G, 2P) with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Jalapeno (0B, 0G, 0P)
Snack: Sugar Free Chai Tea* made with 1 cup of Skim Milk (3B, 3G, 3P)
Dinner: Jerk Chicken with Pineapple Slaw (1B, 2G,1P ), Spicy Beans & Rice (0B, 3G, 0P)
Wednesday

What’s the difference in the colors ? I have been doing Freestyle and now I’m lost . I also want to start my husband on WW and I haven’t got a clue ?

Kathy, WW now offers 3 different plans to chose according to your lifestyle and an assessment online. If you did Freestyle and want to continue doing so, the color “BLUE” applies to Freestyle in all my recipes and meal plans.Hope this helps you 🙂
